Did not like the fact that door locks were inoperable, had to have magnetic key cards reprogrammed after each time of use. Staff was very good and upgraded at no extra charge to a suite. Problem solved! Towels were at a minimum and could have been larger. Other than magnetic key issue, OK for the $.

The heat/ air unit in the room was not operational. We were settled in before we needed the heat and felt that at that time of night we would be asked if we wanted another room.

Check in was a breeze. The room was good. The halls were quiet. The Bar was good and the Waffle Lady was a charm.

It was a nice and friendly hotel. It was kept very clean and the staff was very friendly and informative. I would recommend the hotel to all my friends and co- worker.

We actually stayed at the Comfort Inn, there was a gas leak at the Stratford, however, they were kind enough to assist us in finding a place to spend the night.

Terrible this is a motorcycle gang hangout and it was the most awful experience i have ever had. This is the first negative review that i have ever written, but this place deserves it. There is no security and you could not walk anywhere in the hotel without getting heckled by bikers. The shower curtain was broken and hanging by a thread

I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the restaurant on the premises, and its location to the highway!

I wish the pool stayed open later than 6 pm.

It was easy to find

The elevators did not work. My room key did not work and had to return to front desk for another key. I was given a nonsmoking room that reaked of cigeratte smoke and had to return to the front desk a second time for a room change. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. The hallway and bedroom carpets were dingy and the wall paper in the public area looked very old and faded. The elevator was dirty. This hotel could definitely use an upgrade. I would not recommend it to anyone. I guess you get what you pay for.

Booked.net advertise Stratford Hotel for 58.98, so I went in to asked for a room and they told me it was 78.98. Showed them Booked.net price on my phone and they still did not give it to me for that price. Receptionist was mean and rude, Stratford post false price advertisement. Will not be a returning customer.
